The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and even called me when I left items in the room. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and the beach just across the road. Brighton Shops were also within walking distance. it was our favorite place to go for a weekend getaway.
Can't fault anything about it. 😊

Great location to beach, nice open spaces within the hotel. Very friendly staff. Use of internet computer in reception area. Nice and quiet. Close to Church Street shops. Clean and comfortable. A very pleasant stay.
Having a fabric showre curtain seems a bit dated. Also the shower over the bath meant one has to step up quite high to get into the shower and this could be drawback for older people who could have limited mobility.

Title: A Family-Friendly Gem with a Noisy Morning
For dads, it would be great if there were more options for family-friendly breakfasts.

The service at the time of check-in was great. When I told them it was a special occasion, they even put a bottle of Sparkling wine in our room at no cost. Great!! Would definitely stay there again.

I found the Brighton Savoy to be comfortable and covered everything I needed. I stayed at hotel on the night of my friends wedding. As I was in the wedding party and couldn't check into hotel until very late at night, I went to hotel before hand to check in and pay for room. I had informed the hotel someone would be bring my luggage in advance for me. When I got to the Savoy that night, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful lady who informed me my luggage was already in my room and everything else was sorted. I got to my room to find my luggage waiting. As I don't live in Australia and didn't know the area at all, the hotel was chosen as it was near the wedding reception. The next morning at checking out time, another helpful staff member greeted me and could inform me with everything I need to know - e.g. direction of train station etc.
I wasn't at hotel long enough to find any faults. The hotel was more than helpful to me. I was worried that as I was in the wedding party, I couldn't check into my room early on the day, and I was also not able to carry money and i.d. card with me on the day (was staying at hotel by my self). When I was talking to the person the next day whom dropped my luggage in, they informed me the hotel was helpful to them

The decor at the Brighton Savoy was absolutely stunning, creating a luxurious and plush atmosphere. The room was well laid out and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. I greatly appreciated the free underground car parking and easy access to the upper floors via the elevator. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from Church Street village shopping center, supermarkets, charming cafés, restaurants. And of course, the famous bathing boxes are just a stone's throw away from the hotel, offering a unique experience.

The restaurant served a great selection of dishes, with a friendly staff and quick service. The location was fantastic, with a famous destination only a short walking distance away and free parking available.
The beds were not comfortable, making it hard to get good sleep. the room was either too stuffy or too noisy depending on whether the window was open or closed and the internet connection was not reliable enough, especially during peak times.

This hotel was ideal for those seeking a vacation by the sea. It’s just a few blocks away from the beach, with a beautiful view of the shore from the room. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, with quality linens and cosy beds. The staffs at the front desk were warm and friendly. One of the guests enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast in the bright and airy Seaview Restaurant.
Some guests encountered unpleasant noise disturbance from various sources, like a wedding function and a noisy guest next door.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely amazing, as it is right across the road from the beach. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks along the beach walkway and exploring the nearby Brighton Beach Box houses and other attractions. The staff at this place were all lovely and provided us with helpful information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our family. The bathroom was roomy, which was great for our kids. we were very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.
I highly recommend this hotel for families.
